And yes, I'm talking to you, that person out there that doesn't have a pension, or the person that has a pension and wants more money, or all of you out there that already have a pension, and it's called Social Security, the best inflation annuity on the planet.

Today's topic is Don't Be an Annuity Hypocrite. I keep pounding the table all the time about this. I'm growing weary of the stupid people out there that are saying, "I hate all annuities, annuities are all bad, annuities are all expensive, or never look at an annuity." Those types of things.

Today's topic is, Do You Need to Be Sold or Told? One of the funny things about the annuity industry is that you'll hear people who think they're smart and the verbal jump ropers. A verbal jump roper is a person that any topic you bring up to them, they're the expert on. They just get in the jumper. They just start jumping in.

Today's topic is don't be the sucker at the table. Don't be the sucker at the annuity table. And I keep telling people this, but they keep calling me with these crazy sales pitches they're getting. And in Vegas, at the poker tables, and I always walk by like in Caesars, they have an open area where you can watch the poker being played at numerous tables. And I always look at that, and I always try to spot the sucker at the table.

Today's topic is from a friend of mine, Michael Finke, smart guy in the room, the Mount Rushmore of smart guys. His face is on Mount Rushmore, Mount Annuitymore, Michael Finke. He's been on the podcast with me before, Fun With Annuities podcast. He is an intellect. He is a person that when he speaks in the annuity industry, as the old Paine Webber ad said, people listen.

Today's topic's a good one. It's a fun one. It's one that's going to make you think, chuckle and laugh a little bit, which is good. And that's kind of what I do. I had someone the other day talk about my videos, and they're informative as he was saying, but he said sometimes he just laughs out loud. That's good. I mean, annuities are a stale category and a stale subject. Hopefully, I'm bringing some flare to it and some good factual information you are utilizing.

Today's topic is "Annuity Bell Doesn't Ring at the Top or Bottom." Now I know all you market gurus and people that have advisors and masters of the universe will tell you that you need to hold, you need to time it, you need to look for arbitrage, there's a timing thing, etc. You know that's not true. And especially in the annuity world, don't just say, "Oh, I hate all annuities," because that's not valid.

Today's topic is lifetime or interest income. I always say, "Well, you can't just say I hate all annuities." You know how people say all that? I had a person call me today, and this is a great story. Great guy, ex-military, it was, "Yes, sir. No, sir," which I felt kind of weird about because he was in his 70s saying, "Yes, sir. No, sir."
